Ingredients
40g rolled oats
10g protein powder
180ml milk of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
- Toppings
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 cup blueberries
80g chopped banana
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients to a pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with your choice of toppings. Simples!
