Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats

  • 10g protein powder

  • 180ml milk of choice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Toppings
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 80g chopped banana

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with your choice of toppings. Simples!
